- 01Open Telegram and start a chat with @BotFather.
- 02Send /newbot, then choose a display name and a username ending in “bot”.
- 03Copy the bot token BotFather gives you.
- 04Paste it into Vira under Settings → Channels and save. Vira connects the webhook automatically.

- Share your bot's t.me link on your website and social pages so customers can start a chat.
- With Telegram Premium, add the bot under Telegram Business → Chatbots so it also handles chats sent to your own business account.
- Routing, canned replies, the chatbot and AI auto-reply all work on Telegram chats.
